Age: 2nd to 6th Grade
What: This program is perfect for wrestlers who are just beginning or have a year or two of club wrestling experience and want to spend more time learning fundamentals and having fun.
Length: 7 Weeks
When: Monday and Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Current Session: September 9th, 2024 through October 24th

What: If you are wrestling in High School, what it takes to be successful is no secret. It takes intention, mentality, solid technique, and time on the mat.

What: Think of this as travel soccer or baseball. This is for wrestlers and parents looking to compete in local and national-level tournaments. You do not have to compete in tournaments to be part of the Hammers, but many do.
