The Fort LADY HAMMERS
Age: All Ages
What: This is a practice dedicated only to the ladies. Everyone is welcome whether you are just starting out or have been wrestling for a long time.
Length: Off-season of High School wrestling.
When: Tuesday 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $50 a month or $20 drop-in membership. Monthly membership includes access to only Lady Hammers practices.

Age: Incoming Freshmen and High Schoolers
What: If you are wrestling in High School, what it takes to be successful is no secret. It takes intention, mentality, solid technique, and time on the mat.
The Fort Junior Hammers
Age: 2nd to 8th Grade
What: Think of this as travel soccer or baseball. This is for wrestlers and parents looking to compete in local and national-level tournaments. You do not have to compete in tournaments to be part of the Hammers, but many do.
