The Fort beginner's club

Age: K to 2nd Grade
What: Beginning wrestlers will learn fundamentals, tumbling, and have fun.
Length: 6 Weeks (This session will have an extra week so it will be 7 weeks)
When: Sundays 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Current Session: November 10th, 2024 through December 22nd
Off Days: There will be no Beginners Club on September 15th.

What: If you are wrestling in High School, what it takes to be successful is no secret. It takes intention, mentality, solid technique, and time on the mat.

What: Think of this as travel soccer or baseball. This is for wrestlers and parents looking to compete in local and national-level tournaments. You do not have to compete in tournaments to be part of the Hammers, but many do.
