The Fort Wrestling Facility believes to be the best you not only have to wrestle the best you have to wrestle them live! We will be hosting live wrestling every Wednesday night indefinitely. This session will consist of a short warmup to get ready. Then live wrestling and situations off of a clock ideally with some jams playing. This will be fast paced and we recommend you come with experience, the right attitude, water, and your head gear.
Dedicated to youth and middle school wrestlers K through 8th There will be a 15 minute warmup and then 30 minutes of off and on live wrestling mixed with some other drills and exercises focused for the youth.
Dedicated to high school wrestlers. This session will start with 15 minutes of warm up. Then 45 minutes of live wrestling and live situations. Be ready to get after it because that is what we will be after in the session. We will provide the ice.
